In October 2017 Heather & Company Realty Group was born as a boutique type brokerage. While the brokerage has always wanted to keep their agent perspective to quality over quantity, the average agent count is around 40. Keeping within this size, Heather is able to remain a hands-on Broker and enjoys helping them succeed in real estate as well. The culture and family-type vibe of the brokerage is second to none and not only do agents have a “home” here they are able to successfully build their own individual brands alongside ours.
